
Who inspired the name?
My grandpa, who you can see in the picture, always argued that food tastes much better when eaten with a fork rather than a spoon. His theory was that exposing the food to air from all angles enhances its flavor. I would spend hours in conversation with him about this, sparking my fascination with forks. Now, I prefer using forks over spoons whenever possible. One fork at a time, I hope to explore the world of food.
